Operation Shore Patrol is an annual cleanup event along Washington's southern coast, in the Ocean City, Twin Harbors, and Cape Disappointment areas. Pacific Northwest 4-Wheel Drive Association started Operation Shore Patrol in 1971 and has continued to coordinate and participate in the cleanup.
